VINIFICATION – 5 to 7 days of maceration and 4-6 years of maturation in barrique barrels. Each grape variety is macerated and matured separately and blended before bottling.
RECOMMENDATION – The wine goes best with red meat dishes, especially venison, spicy cheeses and dried meat products. In order to experience everything, the wine has to offer, it is recommended to decant it for an hour or two.
INTERESTING FACT – The wine is named after the karst reddish brown soil Terra Rosa, also known as Jerina.

INTERESTING FACT – Teran PTP is an autochthonous wine, produced exclusively on the Karts plateau. It has always been considered a wine with healing effects. Due to high content of antioxidants and iron it supposed to help improve anemia, lower LDL cholesterol and reduce the risk of cancer.

INTERESTING FACT – During the process of vinification, the wine develops tertiary aromas and softer tannins.
MALVASIA – High quality dry white wine
GRAPE VARIETY – 100% Istrian Malvasia
ALCOHOL CONTENT – 13%
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 10-120C
VINIFICATION – 2 to 4 days of maceration and 7-9 months of maturation in used barrique barrels.
RECOMMENDATION – The wine goes best with poultry, fish, pasta, risotto, salads and not spicy cheeses.
INTERESTING FACT – In 2019, this Malvasia won first place medal in New York.
SAUVIGNON – High quality dry white wine
GRAPE VARIETY – 100% Sauvignon
ALCOHOL CONTENT – 11,5%

VINIFICATION – No maceration, pressed immediately and put in stainless steel containers.
RECOMMENDATION – The wine goes best with poultry, fish, green vegetables and cheeses.
INTERESTING FACT – The wine has pronounced aromas of elderberry, paprika and grass clippings.
VITOVSKA GRGANJA – High quality dry white wine

INTERESTING FACT – Vitovska grganja is an autochthonous Karst variety, also known as ˝Queen of the Karst˝.
TERAN LIQUEUR - Aromatized wine

SERVING TEMPERATURE – 9-110C
VINIFICATION – The wine is made according to an old house recipe, which remains a secret that is passed down from generation to generation.
RECOMMENDATION – Due to its fruity-sweet taste, the wine goes well with various desserts, but it can also be offered as an aperitif before a meal.
INTERESTING FACT – The sweetness of the wine is balanced with Teran acids.
